Dark Chocolate Peppermint Fudge

Ingredients
  • 3 cups dark chocolate chocolate chips
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 cup Brach's Crushed Candy Cane
  • Waxed paper
Instructions
  1. In sauce pan melt chips with milk.
  2. Remove from heat and add peppermint extract and crushed candy canes
  3. Spread onto waxed papered 9" square pan
  4. Chill 2 hours
  5. Turn fudge onto cutting board, peel off waxed paper
  6. Cut into squares
  7. Refrigerate until time to serve
