The Most Creative Sandwich #MC
I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting (#MC) for Jif. I received a promotional item as a thank you for participating.
Do the people in your house love sandwiches? Peanut butter ones have always been a favorite of mine, and not just with jelly. Now through November 8th Jiff is hosting their Most Creative Sandwich contest where they challenge families to come up with a creative sandwich recipe that uses at least two tablespoons of their favorite Jif products! Parents with children ages 6-12 can enter for their chance to win a $25,000 for their child’ college fund as well as a fun filled trip to NYC! Since Nick is only 2 we don’t qualify right now, but you can bet I’m thinking up ideas for when we can enter. Check out this sandwich from one of last year’s finalists. It’s called Nutty BBQ Chicken Quesadilla, talk about creative!

What’s the name of the sandwich you’re going to enter?
My kids ask for peanut butter every day – they like it by the spoonful! I love it too – I remember when I was a kid my mom would eat a PB&Banana sandwich and I thought it was gross – now I’m all about it! I’ll even add some mozarella to it (saw the recipe somewhere, tried it, loved it).
Peanut butter is the best. I have had PB&Bananas I also grew up having PB&Sugar, PB&Honey, and Grilled PB sandwiches. Oh yum! I’m not so sure about adding mozzarella though. LOL
LOVE JIF! Wouldn’t be alive today with out it!
Jif truly is the best. I won’t even tell you how much is in my pantry…
