Enter Cooper Tire’s My Every Day Road Trip Contest!

How often do you think about where your tires take you?  There are of course the basic every day trips.  The trips to places like the store or work are ones that we hardly notice.  Then there are the special trips.  Remember bringing your little one home from the hospital?  I’ll never forget that trip.  It was cold and raining.  I sat in the backseat with Nick.  We had hardly left the hospital when he spit up all over his special homecoming outfit!  Well,  Cooper Tire is celebrating those special and everyday road trip memories with a fun contest with great prizes.

From now through March 29 you can enter the Cooper Tire’s My Every Day Road Trip Contest.  Fans of Cooper Tire’s Facebook Page can submit their won not-so-everyday road trip stories.  The contest allows for the story to be submitted in different mediums (a written story, a photo, or a video), and each type has a different prize attached to it.

The best written story will receive a $100 gift card to put towards gas for one week.  The best picture entry will receive a $500 gift card to put towards gas for a month.  The contest is a little different for the video entries.  First the five best videos will be chosen to advance to the voting round, and each of those finalists will receive a new set of four Cooper Tires.  Then voting will be opened up to all Facebook fans to help determine the final winner.  The video that ends up with both the combined highest score and the most votes will win a $5,000 gift card to put towards gas an entire year!  Now who couldn’t use that?

Wait!  There’s more though.  You could also win a prize for participating in the video voting!  The video voting will begin on April 15.  At that time Cooper Tire Facebook fans can vote for their favorite video entry to help determine the overall winner. For each vote (one per day), fans will receive an entry to win a Road Trip Kit. The kit includes a $100 Cooper Tire auto service voucher, a $50 gas card, $50 iTunes gift card, and Cooper gear.
