Meal Plan Monday #5

Sharing is caring!

Meal Plan Monday
How did meal planning go for you this past week?  Ours went well, but we did change some things up.  The fact that we didn’t end up eating all of our meals, and that we have leftover pizza from Nick’s birthday party, is pretty good because I totally blanked on my grocery list and forgot a key ingredient to one of the meals I had planned for this coming week.  Are you ready for this?  I forgot to buy cheese to make homemade Pillsbury Grands! Pizzas.  I swear only I could forget cheese for pizza.  That will certainly be on next week’s plan because I have everything else.  I’ve already put mozzarella cheese on my grocery list!

Anyone else feel like they are constantly getting into a dinner rut?  I get that way all the time.  I really felt it planning for this week’s dinners.  I think it was intensified by the fact that I’ve been sharing my plans with all of you.  I want to include new and different things for you guys to try, but I don’t have a lot of different recipes to choose from at this point.  I need to spend some time on Pinterest finding new things to make.  I need easy things to make though, so finding good recipes can sometimes be a challenge.  What do you do to keep from getting into a dinner rut?
