Meal Plan Monday #10

The past week was certainly one of those weeks where my meal plan fell apart. Nothing seemed to go right this week. I was able to switch some things around so most of the meals still got eaten. I’m tired of putting the same meals on my plan though (some of them have been on there for weeks!). That has often been because they were leftovers, but I’m ready to make a change. I’m trying a new recipe this week that I’m really excited for. It’s for pasta shells that are stuffed with pumpkin. I love butternut squash ravioli, and I love pumpkin, so I think I’m really going to like this recipe.

I really need to consider meal planning. We just wait til last minute to decide what to make ever night. Plus dinners recently have been very redundant since we been just been making the same things every week. We definitely need to change it up and this is a great idea to do that!
Good on you for keeping this up! I’m a bit inconsistent with my meal planning. I always do it when my hubby’s overseas though – that little bit of organisation really helps reduce the stress levels in the evening. It’s winter here now so the slow cooker’s going to be getting a good workout when he travels next!
Until about this year I never used y slow cooker. Shocker I know! I wish I had realized how great it was before. I’ll have to look for a lot more great recipes for it when the weather starts to get colder. I don’t want to think about that yet though! LOL
I think Meal planning is a great idea. Definitely helps to keep that budget under wraps and I like being able to plan a mean according to sales in my flyer.
This looks so good! You guys inspired me and I joined in this week!
