Meal Plan Monday #7

That happened to me early last week. I was thinking of food ideas for dinner while exercising, because you know that’s a great time to think about food, and I thought of something that I wanted to make on Monday. When I sat down to make my meal plan do you think I could remember what it was? Nope! I remember it was something that took some cooking because I remember thinking I would be able to make it because we’ll be getting home early today. I still don’t remember what it was though. I’ll probably remember tomorrow night. The sad part is I remember thinking that I should open up my meal planner and write it down right away. Yeah…I need to listen to myself more!
Meal Plan – Week of May 12, 2014
Monday – Homemade Grands Pizzas – This was supposed to say “left overs,” but Nick was so sick on Friday that I wasn’t able to cook, so I still haven’t even made them!
Tuesday – Easy BBQ Chicken, Corn, and Pears
Wednesday – Party Veggie Pizza and Strawberries – Now I know this is thought of more as an appetizer, but I’m going to give it a shot as a main course.
Thursday – Autumn Chopped Salad – It will my first time having this for the season. It is so good. I can’t wait to have it again!
Friday – Popcorn Shrimp, Baked Sweet Potato, and Apple Sauce
Saturday – Birthday Party – We’re going to a 2nd birthday party that’s from 4-6, so we’ll be eating whatever they’re going to serve.
Sunday – Burgers, Fries, and Peach Slices
