How’s everyone doing today?  I must say that I’m glad that it’s the start of a new week.  This past week was no fun.  Nick and I were both crazy sick.  Is there anything harder than being sick when you’re a mom?  I was so sick at one point that I wasn’t even able to take care of Nick.  It was awful!  Luckily we’re both on the mend now.  This week has to be better anyways because my birthday is this week!

There were a lot of interesting posts linked up last week, but the most viewed post was Birthday Bash on a Budget from Carrie Elle.  Parties can cost so much money, so it’s great to see ways to have one that won’t break the bank!
