Free Disney Custom Maps

Sharing is caring!

Did you know that I love Disney?  Haha OK I see you all rolling your eyes at me!  Yep, I love Walt Disney World.  To me Disney is “home,” so I like to be able to keep that feeling alive when I actually am home.  In fact I am currently in the process of redecorating my home to be more Disneyish.  Each room is going to represent a place at Walt Disney World.  That may not sound great to everyone, but trust me that it will be done with both style and taste.  I promise that I’ll post pictures!

Did you know that you can get FREE Disney custom maps to enjoy in your home?  It’s true.  It’s a picture of the map that you would see if you grabbed a map on your way into one of the parks, but you get to customize it to show your family’s favorite places in the park.  Now I want to do my living room with a World Showcase theme, and my dining room is going to have a Magic Kingdom theme, so I’m thinking maybe I need to get some special maps to hang on the wall!  If nothing else they’re going to be a great reminder of what Nick’s favorite attractions were on his very first trip.  They will be a perfect thing to add to his baby book.  Everyone say, “Awww!”

Making these maps is really easy, and they are a great souvenir to remind you of a past trip, or they can be a great way to get excited about an upcoming trip!  You go through each of the maps and choose your favorite places to have highlighted on the map.  If there is a map you don’t care so much about than you don’t have to customize that one, so you don’t have to worry about wasting your time on something you don’t want.  Then you choose the type of border you want as well as how you want the maps printed (you can have them mailed to you or you can print them yourself).  Before you can get them though you will have to give Disney some information.  They’ll want to know about when you think your next trip to Disney will be and stuff.  I know some people don’t like to give information out, but it’s good to get on Disney’s mailing lists.  They randomly choose people from time to time to send out special offers (such as a great discount on a resort room), so in my opinion giving them your information is a good thing.  Besides you get some fun maps out of it!
