Give A Minute And Help Make-A-Wish

I am a big fan of Make-A-Wish. I don’t think you can work at Walt Disney World and not feel that way. You feel both joy and sorrow every time you see a family walking around with Make-A-Wish buttons on. Joy at seeing a family that is making memories that they will cherish, and sorrow because you know what those buttons truly represent. Over the years I have donated money to the Make-A-Wish foundation whenever I could. Right now though Walmart and Straight Talk Wireless are making it easy for all of us to help Make-A-Wish.
What is Straight Talk Wireless?
First let me explain a little about Straight Talk Wireless for those that don’t know of it. Straight Talk is a Walmart exclusive wireless phone service. It is a cost saving plan that offers the same networks and phones as the big carriers. You can choose from such name brand phones as Samsung, Apple, Windows, and LG. Service is provided in more zip codes than any other carriers and reaches more that 300 million Americans.
Straight Talk offers different package options. The “All You Need” plan is $30 a month and gives you 1,000 minutes, 1,000 texts or multimedia messages, 30 MB of data transfer for data phones, and it includes 411 calls at no additional charge. Or you could choose to upgrade to the $45 plan and get unlimited talk, text, and data instead.
How You can Help Make-A-Wish!
Now here’s the information that you probably really want to hear. How can you help Make-A-Wish. Well, every Saturday during the month of September Straight Talk Wireless will donate $1 to Make-A-Wish for each person that visits a participating Walmart and takes a minute to learn more about Straight Talk. A minimum of $500,000 will be donated, and it could up as high as $1,000,000! You can also get another dollar donated by sharing the video on straighttalkwish.com. This is the second year that Straight Talk is running this campaign. Last year they made it all the way to the $1,000,000.
That is all you have to do. Go lean a little information about a wireless plan and share a video. You just have to give a very small amount of your time, and in return you will help bring extreme joy to a very sick child and their family. Please go help Make-A-Wish come true.

I miss having Straight Talk! Between me and my husband, the cost was $70 per a month. Now since we’re with AT&T, the bill runs around $130 – ridiculous for me since I don’t text or get on the internet that much.
We use AT&T too. We’re on a big family plan (4 of us). $70 a month for two is a great deal!

I’m looking forward to my contract ending and getting a cheaper plan.
Not many carriers offer an unlimited option anymore, so this is great especially without a contract.
