It’s hard to imagine that 2015 is almost at an end. I swear that every year ends up going a little faster than the last. 2015 turned out to be a pretty good year. I certainly enjoyed being able to work from home all summer, and the reality that I can work from home all the time is getting closer every day. Of course 2015 was also an exciting year for Rock-A-Bye Parents since it got a fabulous new look!

While I’m always a little sad to see a year go I am looking forward to 2016. I’m expecting really great things to happen this year. Although can we skip over Nick turning 5 and starting kindergarten? I can hardly believe that Nick has gotten old enough for both of those things to happen this year!
Since the end of 2015 is here that means it’s time for the annual sharing of the top posts of the past year! I always think it’s fun to look back and see what my reader’s liked the best/found the most helpful. So here they are:
Number 10: Egg Free Meatloaf Recipe – I love meatloaf! I know it’s not a favorite for everyone, but it’s one of my favorite winter meals. My mother’s recipe calls for an egg though, so we worked on modifying it back when Nick couldn’t even eat baked eggs so it was safe for him.
Number 9: 10 Sites to Make Money Online – Over the years I have made extra money for gifts and vacations by taking surveys and doing other activities online. In this post I compiled a list of the 10 sites that I liked using the best.
Number 8: Using Puppy Training Pads for Baby – I have to admit that as popular as this one is I have considered taking the post down many times. Mostly because I periodically get comments about how I’m an awful person for using puppy training pads to protect Nick’s cradle mattress and as a cover for his changing pad. Right or wrong it worked for us, and after research I can say that not all puppy training pads are made the same.
Number 7: Fritos Dessert Bars – I
love these things! They are so yummy. If you like things that are both salty and sweet than you will love this recipe too. This dessert is guaranteed to be a hit!
Number 6: Jamberry Nails Giveaway & Fall/Winter 2014 Catalog – Last August I switched gears and started to sell Jamberry Nails. Joining Jamberry was one of the best things I’ve ever done. I’ve already had amazing success with this company, and even better I’ve made great friendships and I’m having a ton of fun! Last September I shared my new business venture with a big giveaway. The giveaway has been over for over a year, but this post still gets daily traffic! I guess people like Jamberry giveaways!
Number 5: How to Get Rid of Cradle Cap – This one is actually a post from 2012 and has been one of my top 5 posts every year. It still gets a lot of visits because it’s a problem that so many little ones have. Nick had a bad case of cradle cap, and months after we had cleared it up it came back! In this post I tell about the wonderful product that helped get rid of his cradle cap once and for all.
Number 4: Walt Disney World Dining Plan: Is it Worth the Cost? – Two years ago we took Nick to Walt Disney World. On that particular trip we took advantage of the free dining plan deal. Many people really like the plan, while many others find that they could save money by not getting it. In this post I break it all down to help you decide if the plan is right for your family.
Number 3: Ways to use a Boppy – This is another oldy but goody that always ends up in the top 5. Even though I didn’t nurse I still loved my Boppy and we got a ton of use out of it. In this post I highlight all of the different ways that you can use a Boppy.
Number 2: How to Make a Money Pizza – One of my favorite gifts to give a high school graduate is a money pizza. They always appreciate money, but this is far more fun than getting yet another check. In this post I’ll walk you through the steps for how to make one.
Number 1: How to Apply Jamberry Nails: Traditional Method – Applying Jamberry Nail wraps is actually quite easy, but a lot of people aren’t sure how to do it. That’s probably why this is such a popular post. In this post I walk through the steps of the traditional application method. I also updated this post this year to add a video showing this application method.

Not many people would agree that puppy training pads can be used for new born babies. However, going through some sites can certainly help. It gives a new dimension to the way in which puppy training pads could be put to unique uses.
