One thing I have found over the years of policing recipes for Nick is that people often over look food items where egg could be hiding. Mayonnaise is one item that people forget contains egg. Certain types of chocolate candies is another one.

This problem often occurs with pies. While the pie itself might not contain egg it can be hiding in other ingredients. I found some recipes that gave options for making them egg free, but I chose not to include them so there wouldn’t be any accidental slips.
