Wordless Wednesday: Project Life 365 #Eyes
Time for a new Project Life 365 picture! The theme for this picture was eyes. Now you can’t see Nick’s eye in the picture, but what I’m really looking at is his ear. For a reason that I can’t understand he always calls his ears eyes. If you ask him where his eye is he will point to his eye (he’s got that down), but he’ll then point to his ear and say eye. No amount of work will convince him that they’re called ears! Did you little one have any funny, or different, words like that?

so so cute!!
Mine does the same thing. When you ask her where her eye is she says eye and points. But somehow ears are also eyes.
That’s so interesting that your little one does the same thing!
I guess he’s “All ears”, LOL! Cutie pie!
That’s too funny! My son calls frogs “honkys” & always has- now that he’s almost 4 & knows the right word, he STILL says “honky” & even corrects himself when he accidentally says frog!
What a sweetie!!! My kids always get shoulders and elbows confused. 🙂
Too cute! To this day (my DD is 12) she still calls all meat ‘chicken’. Then, when we actually eat chicken she’ll refer to it as ‘pork’ or ‘beef’. Kids are so crazy 🙂
Maybe he considers them eyes cause he can hear aka see with them? 🙂
So cute! Both of mine have a tendency to mix up words for body parts.
Aww, that’s too cute! My son used to delight in calling everything a butt when he first learned the word. Oh the joy of boys!
My oldest always got sugar/salt mixed up. Lucky for him I always knew what he meant lol.
Awwwww. Did he want something?
That’s a cute little mix-up!
How sweet! I like to write down all of the cute word “confussions” that my kids had and go back and remember them from time to time.
His Nana would point to an airplane in the sky and call it an E Tot. Than you would tell to say airplane and she would say airplane. Than you would say what is that in the sky and she would tell you E Tot. So go figure.
Great capture! Happy WW
How cute! When my oldest was about 2, he called alligators “alligagas” … it was WAY too cute and he still hears about it!
What a cutie
Awww that’s adorable.
I love when they do things like that – so glad you wrote it down because you will forget one day that he did that. Evan used to call his arm pit an uncle….not sure what the heck was going on with that. 🙂
